Do you give a price before you visit?

Yes, always. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll give you a fixed price before we book a visit. No surprises on the day.

Is there a call-out fee?

No. We don't charge a call-out fee. You only pay for the work carried out, at the price agreed upfront.

How quickly can you come out?

For most jobs we can visit within a few days. Send us a photo first and we can often give you a quote the same day.

Do you only do small jobs?

We specialise in domestic plumbing repairs — taps, toilets, leaks, radiators, showers, and pipework. We don't do new builds or full bathroom installations.

Are you qualified and insured?

Yes. Our plumber is a registered member of the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering (CIPHE/RP), with over 25 years' experience and full public liability insurance.

Payment is taken on completion of the work. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.

Photographs and Video Recordings

Where photographs or video recordings are taken during a visit for job documentation purposes, these may be stored as part of the job record and used for aftercare, warranty enquiries, component identification, future technical assistance and maintaining an accurate visual record of the work undertaken.

Flow Right Plumbing aims to record the plumbing installation, fittings, pipework, valves and relevant work areas rather than individuals or personal information. However, incidental personal information may occasionally be captured. We take reasonable steps to minimise this and, where appropriate, to crop, remove, blur or otherwise obscure identifying information.

Occasionally, interesting or noteworthy plumbing work — such as unusual toilets, basins, fittings or installations — may be featured in promotional or educational material published on social media platforms, YouTube, or other online channels. Nothing identifiable to the property, address or customer will be included in any such material.

Customers are welcome to ask us not to photograph or record their property, or may request that recordings are retained for job-record and aftercare purposes only and are not used publicly. Choosing either option will not affect the plumbing service they receive.
