Privacy Policy

Flow Right Plumbing respects your privacy. We only collect the information needed to deal with your enquiry, provide a quotation, arrange and carry out work, issue invoices, and keep necessary business records.

We do not sell your information. We only share it where needed to help run the business, such as with trusted service providers, or where required by law.

If you would like to ask about the personal information we hold about you, please contact us using the details on this website.

Photographs and Video Recordings

Where photographs or video recordings are taken during a visit for job documentation purposes, these may be stored as part of the job record and used for aftercare, warranty enquiries, component identification, future technical assistance and maintaining an accurate visual record of the work undertaken.

Flow Right Plumbing aims to record the plumbing installation, fittings, pipework, valves and relevant work areas rather than individuals or personal information. However, incidental personal information may occasionally be captured. We take reasonable steps to minimise this and, where appropriate, to crop, remove, blur or otherwise obscure identifying information.

Occasionally, interesting or noteworthy plumbing work — such as unusual toilets, basins, fittings or installations — may be featured in promotional or educational material published on social media platforms, YouTube, or other online channels. Nothing identifiable to the property, address or customer will be included in any such material.

Customers are welcome to ask us not to photograph or record their property, or may request that recordings are retained for job-record and aftercare purposes only and are not used publicly. Choosing either option will not affect the plumbing service they receive.

For further details, please see the Photography and Video Recording section of our Terms & Conditions.

Cookies, Advertising Measurement and Website Analytics

When you first visit this website we ask whether you agree to the use of cookies and similar technologies. Nothing is set and nothing is measured unless you agree.

If you agree, we use Google Ads measurement to understand which of our adverts bring visitors to this site, and anonymous website analytics to see which pages are viewed and how visitors find us. The website analytics we use are cookieless and are not used to identify you personally.

We do not use this website for profiling, and we do not sell or share this information for advertising to you on other websites.

If you reject, or later withdraw your agreement, no advertising measurement or website analytics takes place, and any cookies already set for these purposes are removed. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.

Our plumbing enquiry form, our telephone links and WhatsApp remain fully available to you whichever choice you make.
