Do you give a price before you visit?

Yes, always. Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll give you a fixed price before we book a visit. No surprises on the day.

Is there a call-out fee?

No. We don't charge a call-out fee. You only pay for the work carried out, at the price agreed upfront.

How quickly can you come out?

For most jobs we can visit within a few days. Send us a photo first and we can often give you a quote the same day.

Do you only do small jobs?

We specialise in domestic plumbing repairs — taps, toilets, leaks, radiators, showers, and pipework. We don't do new builds or full bathroom installations.

Are you qualified and insured?

Yes. Our plumber is a registered member of the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering (CIPHE/RP), with over 25 years' experience and full public liability insurance.

Payment is taken on completion of the work. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.
